Updates (Jan 2011)

In addition to the Other Fixtures, a number of other updates have been added:- Void Results, Table Adjustments, Cups Priority, Hidden Fixtures, Manual Fixtures, Mass Update, Mass Delete and Rescheduling.

Although Other Fixtures are the major upgrade to Full-Time in January 2011, a number of other updates have been made, some of which are related:-

Void Fixture Status - a "Void" status has now been added to the Fixture Status option. A Void fixture can have the scoreline and other details recorded, but does not count towards results - regardless of the scoreline, no points of goal difference will accrue from it. Void fixtures will be shown as "Void" on the public display pages, and "V-V" within the administration menus.

Table Adjustments - The Table Adjustments option has now been extended so that games played, wins, draws and losses can also be amended. This will allow leagues who have unplayed games, but want "full" league tables to be published, to amend their tables accordingly.

Cups Priority - You can now set a sequence number for each Cup Competition, so that you have control over which cup appears first on your menus and so forth. To access it, go to Cup Wizard, List Cups and Edit.

Admin Home - Reminder of Hidden Cups/Fixtures - We've now added separate warnings on Admin Home which will tell you if a cup or league fixtures have been set to be hidden.

Manual Fixture Grid - If a short code has been set up for a team, then this is now used on the top line of the manual fixture grid, rather than the previous option of simply using the first three letters of the team name (which caused confusion if teams had similar names). If the short code hasn't been input, then the first three letters of the name are still used.

Mass Update - The Mass Update option (via Fixture Wizard) has now been extended to include options to update the Fixture Status and Date Status of fixtures.

Mass Delete - The Mass Delete page has now been updated to include a menu allowing you to select a different division (or Other Fixture Group) without having to exit the page.

Rescheduling - When a fixture is rescheduled using the New Advanced Scheduler, the fixture status is now automatically reset to Normal.
