Live Enhancements

TheFA is please to announce the following enhancements to the People & Fixtures section of Full-Time

People Wizard Updates

Duplication Alert

The system will now automatically alert you if a duplicate record has been created within the system. Visit league options to change the defaults.

Merge Players

This will allow you to merge two duplicate records within the system. Choosing the information you would like to keep from each record and then merging them together. This function can be found within the people wizard. Visit league options to change the default criteria.

Player Suspension System

Through the people wizard you will now be able to suspend a player over a period of time. If statistics are recorded for this player whilst they are suspended they can be seen within the new list suspensions page. Visit league options to enable the suspension system and change your suspension preferences.

Contact Search

Within the people wizard you can search for people using a free text field search

Ineligible Players

Using the active from and to dates within a players record, and defining the eligibility date for a division or competition you can monitor registrations dates with players more efficiently

Multiple Registration Changes

Selecting the new Active Dates button in the people wizard allows you to mass change multiple dates for players within a team.

Fixture Updates

Fixtures Upload

If you have used another league administration system in the past and would like to move your data on to Full-Time or you have your own method of creating fixtures, there is now a fixture upload facility that will allow you to copy your fixtures and/or results from a spreadsheet and upload them into Full-Time

Division Drop Down

You can now change division from within the Fixture Wizard and the Fixture Matrix

Highlight duplicate Fixtures

The system will now automatically highlight duplicate fixtures within the fixture matrix allowing you to resolve them quickly.

Conflict Checker Filter

The option to view only specific types of conflicts within then Fixture Conflict checker.
